Being recovered from eating disorders feels great
To recover, gain weight.
A list of some things I no longer physically have:
exercise compulsion
dizziness
orthostatic hypotension
dehydration
fatigue
low blood pressure
bradycardia - slow heart rate
constantly cold - even when I was living in Hawaii I was freezing!
A list of some things I no longer mentally have:
food thoughts - only think about food 5% of time, shortly before I eat, not 95%
Mental freedom from eating disorder means I:
don't need to socially isolate
have a better social life
exercise out of joy
eating is easy and enjoyable
