Here's some general motivation for those in recovery. Remember:


Progress over perfection.

Fighting anorexia is really hard. It’s okay to slip up - what’s most important is that you can back on track and keep fighting, when you’re ready.


Don’t be too hard on yourself!


You have done so many amazing things already.

You can only accomplish things again if you stop being anorexic. You have a choice here. Every bite of calorie dense food brings you closer to accomplishing what you have the capability to do


Anorexia doesn’t make you special in a good way - it makes you worse. It has held you back from achieving so much. When you let go of anorexia you will find true peace.
